Terms and Conditions

 

  1. General Provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all courses, workshops, faculty development programs (FDPs), and certificate courses offered by Udaan Educational Services

1.2 By enrolling in any of our programs, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Fees

2.1 Fee Structure

   – The fee for each course, workshop, FDP, and certificate program is as specified on the Organization’s official website or in the relevant promotional materials.

   – Fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the Program unless an instalment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

   – In case of instalment payments, Participants must adhere to the payment schedule provided. Failure to do so may result in suspension from the Program.

2.2 Payment Terms

   – Fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the program unless otherwise specified.

   – Payment can be made via all digital method, or any other method specified by the Organization.

2.3 Late Payment

   – A late fee may be applied to any payments not received by the due date.

   – The Organization reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s enrolment for non-payment of fees.

2.4 Refund Policy

   – Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

   – No refunds will be provided once the program has commenced.

   – No refunds will be provided without participated or completed the program.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Step 1 – If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, first check your bank account again.

Step 2 – Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Step 3 – Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  1. Workshops

3.1 Enrolment

   – Enrolment in workshops is on a first-come, first-served basis.

   – The Organization reserves the right to limit the number of participants in any workshop.

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

   – The Organization reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in a future workshop.

3.3 Certification

   – Participants who successfully complete the FDP will receive a certificate of completion.

   – Criteria for successful completion will be outlined at the beginning of the program.

3.4 Workshop Materials

   – Materials required for workshops will be provided by the Organization unless otherwise specified. Also, its depends on the resource person concerned

   – Participants are responsible for any additional costs related to the workshop materials unless included in the workshop fee.

  1. Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)

4.1 Eligibility

   – FDPs are designed for faculty members/educational professionals and Research Scholars. Specific eligibility criteria may apply and will be outlined in the program details.

   – Proof of eligibility may be required during the application process.

4.2 Program Requirements

   – Participants are required to complete all assignments, participate in discussions, and attend all sessions as specified.

   – Failure to meet these requirements may result in non-completion and denial of the certificate.

4.3 Certification

   – Participants who successfully complete the FDP will receive a certificate of completion.

   – Criteria for successful completion will be outlined at the beginning of the program.

  1. Certificate Courses

5.1 Enrollment and Admission

   – Admission requirements for certificate courses will be specified in the course details.

   – Participants must meet all admission criteria to be eligible for enrollment.

 

5.2 Course Completion

   – To receive a certificate, participants must complete all course requirements, including assessments and attendance.

   – Certificates will be awarded within 45 days of course completion.

   – Participants are responsible for securing any additional materials required for the course.

5.3 Grading and Assessment

   – Assessment methods and grading criteria will be outlined at the beginning of each course.

   – Participants must achieve a passing grade as defined by the course syllabus to be eligible for certification.

  1. Code of Conduct

6.1 Participant Conduct

   – Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

   – The Organization reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

   – The Organization has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior.

6.2 Academic Integrity

   – Participants must adhere to the principles of academic integrity. Cheating, plagiarism, and other forms of academic misconduct will not be tolerated.

   – Any violation of academic integrity will result in disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from the Program and forfeiture of fees.
